Everquest 2 - Why It Is The Best MMORPG

Everquest 2 - Why It Is The Best MMORPG

Because no MMOG out there places out extra/faster updates/bug fixes/content repeatedly and as fast as EQ2. Their is tons to do, I mean TONS! I've been lvl 70 for therefore long now and my quest journal continues to be packed, I nonetheless have lots I want to do, and their are literally 1000's of quests. The Live Staff events are always fun for me. EQ2 EQ2 has been my favorite MMOG since it came out. Which coming from me, says a lot considering I've performed and beta tested many MMOGs and complain so much about lots of them. The game is polished effectively and the dev team is just superior, incredibly gifted individuals with good sense of humor. The NPCs in the world are literally alive in there. They're busy doing something or if they are standing their in thought they do recognize you and show emotion. Sometimes they are annoyed, typically completely satisfied or sad, you go help them to do their quest and make their day.

Consider EQ2 is group based though their are many soloers who play. If you would like an alternative choice to WoW I would say Lord of the Rings On-line can be it. Pretty much most people will let you know that. It is an important enjoyable game. I beta tested that game and it was superb how well the game ran months previous to release. It's a game that Turbine have redeemed themselves with. Turbine was as soon as an organization I ripped on a lot. But they're doing awesome now with LotRO.

Proper now I'm recommending soloers and those that want a new different to WoW, LotRO
For individuals who want a more critical, hardcore newer generation MMOG, I'm recommending EQ2

One con within the game is that it's too instanced, in the metropolis ourleverage buy sell items it almost appears as every ten ft it's important to zone. However the devs have heard our crys on this and the new content/growth goes to have much bigger areas with out a lot zoning. One thing in regards to the EQ2 dev crew is that they do pay attention and add loads of requests from the players. I've by no means seen a game add so many suggestions from players. I do know in UO many players have been asking for the same nice requests for years and the devs just ignore us, and hold making small updates. EQ2's updates are like a mile long on patchday.

In EQ2 you may have the choice of doing easier quests however if you would like hardcore, consider me you can simply discover it. Plenty of it. I can not say sufficient good issues about EQ2. For those who wish to both solo and group in MMOGs, you HAVE TO strive EQ2. You can't go with out trying this game if you are an MMOGer.
